About

What to Expect

I believe you are wonderfully beautiful, and, like all of us, broken as well. Together, we can navigate with compassion how you landed where you are and what reoccurring themes keep playing out in your life in the broken places. Using attachment theory and a psychodynamic approach, we will move towards your hope, healing, and growth. People describe me as straight forward, playful, and collaborative. I am a level 2 trained PACT therapist for couples (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), as well as level 1 Gottman trained, and I work with both individuals and couples. I am a licensed mental health counselor (license #61382614) Graduate of The Seattle School of Psychology and Theology, MACP. My life has been full. I have traveled and lived outside the US, been in ministry my entire adult life, while navigating marriage and family life. (40+ years of marriage, 3 children, and a handful of grandkids) This gives me a broad set of skills and experiences that inform my work for which I am so grateful.
